Poland – Refuse transport services – Odbiór i transport odpadów zielonych gromadzonych w workach z nieruchomości o charakterze publicznym zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Kraków, z podziałem na 2 zadania

1. Scope of the contract: The subject of the contract includes the provision of services for the collection of green waste with code 20 02 01 from public properties located in the area of the City of Kraków, collected in bags, and Christmas trees, and the transport of waste to a composting facility located in Kraków at ul. Krzemieniecka 40, as well as the purchase and delivery of bags for collecting green waste and the collection of branches according to the instructions of the Contracting Authority. The detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the contract is contained in Annex 1 a) – 1 c) to the SWZ. 2. The place of service provision is the City of Kraków. 3. Division of the contract subject into parts: The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers for individual parts (tasks) with the reservation that the Contractor may submit an offer for only one part (task). Part 1 (Task 1) covers the area of Districts IV, V, VI, VII. Part 2 (Task 2) covers the area of Districts XI, XII, XIII. 4. Key tasks: The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. By key tasks, as mentioned in the previous sentence, the Contracting Authority understands all works except for the collection of branches according to the instructions of the Contracting Authority and the delivery (distribution) of bags for collecting green waste. 5. Employment based on an employment relationship: The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employs, based on an employment relationship, persons performing the following functions: - vehicle driver, - vehicle crew (assistant / loader / manual worker). The Contracting Authority will verify the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor during the implementation of the contract subject according to the rules specified in the contract project constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 6. Contract performance period: from the date of signing the contract (but not earlier than 01.01.2027) to 31.12.2027 – with the reservation of the provisions contained in the contract project constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
