Finland – Repair and maintenance services – Jäähallien, ulkojääkenttien ja -ratojen jäähdytyslaitteiden päivystys-, huolto- ja korjaustyöt 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028

The City of Turku's Procurement Services invites tenders for the temporary services of the City of Turku's urban construction and facilities service package for the maintenance, repair and standby services of the cooling systems of ice halls, outdoor ice rinks and tracks for the period 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2028, after which the agreements can be extended for two (2) one (1) year option periods for 1 October 2028 - 30 September 2029 and 1 October 2029 - 30 September 2030 (Options). The Options concern the Purchaser's right but not obligation. A framework agreement will be made with one (1) Supplier, for whom one (1) substitute supplier will be chosen. The substitute supplier will be used primarily in situations where the primary Supplier's operations are contrary to the agreement or it cannot provide the service, for example due to the Supplier's delivery capacity, resource shortage or similar situations. The objects of the procurement are Artukaisten harjoitusjäähalli Oy (to be completed in autumn 2026), Kupittaan luistelumato, Kupittaan monitoimikenttä, Parkin kenttä (operations continue until 2027), Rummunlyöjänpuiston tekojäärata (to be completed approximately in autumn 2027 / beginning of 2028) and Varissuon jäähallin jäähdytyslaitteiden maintenance, repair and standby services. The objects may change during the contract period, some objects may be removed from use or some new objects may be added. The Purchaser reserves the right to make changes to the objects. All objects, with the exception of Kupittaan Matoa and Artukaisten Harjoitusjäähalli Oy, and possibly the future Rummunlyöjän puiston tekojää, are ammonia systems equipped with alarms in case of leaks, so the Supplier is required to have strong experience in the use, maintenance and safety of ammonia systems.
