Finland – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Schneider-RAU-järjestelmien ja valvomo-ohjelmien asennus-, korjaus- ja ohjelmointityöt

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) is procuring installation, programming, repair and maintenance services for Schneider-RAU systems and monitoring software for residential buildings. A manufacturer-specific software license is mandatory. The contracts include maintenance, repair and replacement of field devices for LVIA systems connected to the automation. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the technical systems of Heka's buildings function optimally and energy-efficiently. The procurement supports the maintenance and development of the performance of the systems so that they meet the usage needs of the building as efficiently and economically as possible. The aim is also to promote energy saving and reduce costs caused by system malfunctions. The procurement concerns Heka's southern, eastern, western and northern maintenance areas as well as special housing targets. See attachment 07 for the Schneider system list. The system list may lack some renovation or new construction targets. Up to two (2) suppliers will be selected for the sub-area. The contract period is two (2) years and the contract option year is 1 + 1 year. The procurement entity has been procured previously with the procurement notice Hilma number 2026-045208, TED number 222176-2026, sub-area 2. The procurement was terminated for the sub-area and is now being re-procured.
