The BWI (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering awarding a single framework agreement for the permanent provision of hardware components, the temporary provision of hardware components, the free provision of a SaaS service for a web portal for managing mobile services, the provision of mobile services, the provision of maintenance, care and support services, the provision of planning services, the provision of services for the construction and operation of mobile radio masts, and the provision of additional services in the amount of 311,661,139 € net up to 467,491,708 € net (upper limit) through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with Section 11 (1) Sentence 1 Alternative 2 VSVgV. The contract will be concluded with a maximum duration of 7 years.
