1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of medical equipment. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of the required parameters is specified in Annexes 2.1 – 2.18 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (contract/part/packet no. 1 – 18) – also referred to as “Annex 2 to SWZ”. 3. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers (18 tasks / contract parts), in accordance with the division specified in Annex 2 to SWZ constituting the form of Description of the Subject of the Contract: 1) Task 1 – Type C ambulance; 2) Task 2 – Transport isolator for infectious patient; 3) Task 3 – Mobile USG POCUS device (set of 4 probes) + license; 4) Task 4 – Mobile digital RTG DR device + license; 5) Task 5 – Transport monitors; 6) Task 6 – Defibrillator with vital functions monitoring; 7) Task 7 – Infusion and syringe pumps and docking stations; 8) Task 8 – Mobile medical suction units (battery-operated); 9) Task 9 – Critical parameters analyser POCT; 10) Task 10 – Patient and fluid heating system; 11) Task 11 – Mobile station for blood and fluid administration and heating; 12) Task 12 – Mobile decontamination module; 13) Task 13 – Radiometer/dosimeter and dosimeter with PCA calibration certificate; 14) Task 14 – Folding medical bed (field beds); 15) Task 15 – LED lighting mast; 16) Task 16 – Evacuation chairs - electric tracked stair climber; 17) Task 17 – UPS 20.000 kVA; 18) Task 18 – UPS 1.500 kVA. 4. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of alternative offers or in the form of electronic catalogues. 5. The subject of the contract includes all costs related to the execution of the contract, including costs resulting from the requirements specified in SWZ, Annex 2 to SWZ and Annex 4 to SWZ.
