The contract involves carrying out a construction and installation contract within a designated work area on Airside (the airport's controlled area where, among other things, vehicle movement requires a driving permit and access requires a permit (badge)) at Arlanda. The contract shall be carried out with consideration for the airport's ongoing operations. The contract will be carried out as a construction contract, and the procurement procedure is a general construction contract. The construction and installation contract (general construction contract) includes, among other things: demolition, earthworks and underground utilities, superstructure, concrete slab, frame, glass, elevator, installations.

"In cases where tendering companies wish to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will facilitate this by sending the document to the tendering company upon request. The document can then be completed and attached to the tender. The use of ESPD is voluntary."
