The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products to 35 WOG, i.e. sauces, soups, processed spices, coffee, tea, polyfloral honey nectar, intended for the current nutrition of soldiers, implemented on the basis of the Minister of National Defence's Regulation of 4.12.2014 on the free feeding of professional soldiers and soldiers on duty (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1604 as amended), the Minister of National Defence's Regulation of 24.03.2011 on the feeding of soldiers on active military service (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1134 as amended) and other legal acts. The contracting authority has divided the subject of the contract into three parts.
