Framework agreement with purchase orders for architectural finishing works: interior painting, suspended ceiling in tiles or plasterboard, flexible floor covering (textile or PVC), wooden parquet, plasterboard partition and decorative interior blinds. This is a mixed (purchase orders and subsequent contracts) multi-contractor framework agreement: 3 contractors. Minimum annual amount: 600 000 Euros excl. VAT. Maximum annual amount: 4 000 000 Euros excl. VAT. The framework agreement is for a period of 02 years, renewable possibly 03 times for a further period of 01 year. This gives a total duration of 05 years. Operation: The 2 best contractors will be awarded the orders quantified at the BPU. They will be consulted successively and alternately throughout the duration of the contract. Beyond 60 000 Euros, the AMP will solicit and put into competition the 3 contractors via a subsequent contract.
