The present consultation concerns the design and construction of a Multi-Purpose Offshore Platform [POMU] for the SEM-REV sea testing site, on behalf of the OPEN-C Foundation. The contract is divided as follows: A Firm Lot [TF], covering the design of the POMU; A single Optional Lot [TO], covering the construction of the POMU, including in particular: Execution studies; Procurement of materials and equipment; Construction of a new unit or conversion of an existing unit; Outfitting of the platform; Temporary onshore storage of the platform; Transport of the platform to the SEM-REV testing site; Installation of the platform, including its mooring and connection to the SEM-REV electro-optical network; Commissioning of the platform. A Call-Off Contract for extending onshore storage, limited to additional occasional services; An Optional Additional Service [PSE], covering the supply and implementation of a connected seafloor observatory.
