The focus of the German Museum Bonn is on contemporary research and technology in Germany after 1945, with a current focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the motto "Mission AI – experience.understand.shap". For the operation of the German Museum Bonn, a contractor (hereinafter "Contractor") is sought who will perform the following tasks for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030: Organisation, consulting and handling of educational offers (Service Item A); and their implementation and execution by educational specialists (Service Item B). These tasks can be fulfilled at the discretion of the contractor in the following ways, which the DM considers equivalent: Service Item A is to be provided within the framework of a service contract (Alternative A) or temporary employment (Alternative B). The contracting authority considers the two alternatives to be equivalent. Service Item B is to be provided within the framework of a framework service contract. All measures should essentially achieve the following goals:

• Optimisation of visitor services, inter alia, for target groups such as pupils / children and young people of the stakeholders of the DMB (Land NRW, City of Bonn, Rhein-Sieg District, Euskirchen and Ahrweiler districts)

• Increasing visitor loyalty and the profile of the DMB as an extracurricular learning location in the region and in the Land NRW

• Provision of as high-quality educational and mediation offers as possible for all interested parties

• Increasing the profile of the DM and DMB brand in NRW

• Maintenance and enhancement of the image of the DM and DMB

• Generation of additional revenue for the DMB
