The subject of the contract is the performance of the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited within the territory of the Gmina Chodel in 2027. The subject of the contract includes: a) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited properties; b) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste; c) collection, transport and disposal of bulky municipal waste and used energy-electronic equipment directly from inhabited properties (collected once a year). 2. The contract shall be performed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, taking into account the provisions of the SWZ and the contract template set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
