I. The subject of the contract is: The management of municipal waste collected from the area of the Gmina Poręba in 2027. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the OPZ - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. II. Obligation to employ under a contract of employment. The contracting authority, acting pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1245), persons performing the activities indicated below during the implementation of the contract: management of municipal waste. Other regulations in this regard have been included in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. III. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of renewing the contract on the terms set out in PPU - § 2(1)(a) and (b). IV.
