The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services involving the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited in the area of the municipality of Wierzbinek in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. The subject of the contract also includes equipping properties with the quantities of bags and containers for segregated waste required by the Contracting Authority and providing containers for mixed waste. During the period of the contract for the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste, the maximum quantities are estimated, which may be reduced depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority.
