Planning and construction of a photovoltaic system > 1.350 kWp On the roof and possibly facade areas of the Klinikum Darmstadt, a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of more than 1.350 kWp and an annual yield expectation of over 1,17 GWh of electrical energy is to be constructed. The present tender comprises the complete performance cycle from conception and design, planning, construction to commissioning of the PV system. The measure is promoted within the framework of the national climate protection initiative funded by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Climate Protection. In the competition, taking into account a specification, the maximum system performance (in the sense of a maximum annual expected yield) for the available financial resources is to be achieved. The contract includes conceptual solutions, namely the optimized system design under the existing conditions, the orientation, etc. According to § 14 (3) No. 2 VgV, the means by which the needs and requirements of the contracting authority, compiled in a specification, can be best fulfilled, are to be found and determined in the competitive dialogue.
