Open telematic procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, No. 36, for the award of a three-year supply, in delivery, of medical devices and accessories for infusion, aspiration and collection of biological liquids, divided into 27 (twenty-seven) lots – Award criterion: most economically advantageous offer, pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, No. 36 – Estimated total value of the contract € 1,176,660.00 excluding VAT, of which € 980,550.00 for the amount placed as the basis of the tender and € 196,110.00 for the possible extension of the contract within the mandatory fifth.
