The subject of the contract is the supply of cassettes, reagents, control cells and operational materials for performing tests in the field of transfusion immunology to the Transfusion Immunology Laboratory with the Blood Bank at the Oncology Centre in Bydgoszcz for a period of 36 months, in accordance with the price list, which is Annex 3, the boundary conditions, which are Annex 9, and the contract template, which is Annex 4, to the specification of the contract conditions.
