Single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders for the social engineering mission aimed at the social support of tenants affected by the rehabilitation works programmed in the Strategic Heritage Plan of Côte d'Azur Habitat over a maximum duration of 4 years. The description of the needs and their technical specifications are defined in the C.C.T.P.
