Romania – Construction work for school buildings – Achiziția lucrărilor de execuție pentru proiectul “MODERNIZARE, EXTINDERE ȘI DOTARE GRĂDINIȚA PITICOT, STR. ALEEA TOMIS NR. 2, MUNICIPIUL DEJ”

The implementation of the investment for the objective MODERNIZATION, EXPANSION AND EQUIPMENT OF PITICOT KINDERGARTEN, STR. ALEEA TOMIS NR. 2, MUNICIPIUL DEJ proposes measures for modernization, expansion, equipment, and climate change adaptation through the vertical and horizontal expansion of the kindergarten, thermal insulation of its envelope including the replacement of joinery, improvement of installations, outdoor courtyard arrangement and equipment with furniture and equipment. The construction falls under CATEGORY “C” OF IMPORTANCE (according to H.G. nr. 766/1997 published in MO 352 of 10 December 1992) and CLASS “III” OF IMPORTANCE (according to Normativ P100/92). The construction falls under CATEGORY “C” OF IMPORTANCE (according to HGR nr. 766/1997), CLASS “II” OF IMPORTANCE (according to Normativ P100/2013) and FIRE RESISTANCE GRADE “II”, LOW FIRE RISK. The deadline for the execution of the works: 24 months from the date of issue of the order to start the works. The warranty period for the works/services requested is a minimum of 36 months. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
