Romania – Hospital facilities construction work – Servicii de proiectare, execuție lucrări și dotare pentru obiectivul de investiții „Extindere cu clădire spital, asigurare cu utilități și amenajare incintă Spital Orășenesc Bolintin-Vale, din localitatea Bolintin-Deal, județul Giurgiu”

Design, construction and equipment services for the investment objective “EXTENSION WITH HOSPITAL BUILDING, UTILITY PROVISION AND HOSPITAL SITE ARRANGEMENT IN BOLINTIN-VALE, FROM THE LOCALITY OF BOLINTIN-DEAL, GIURGIU COUNTY”, in accordance with the SF. The expected results to be achieved by the Contractor are the design, execution and completion of the works in accordance with the SF documentation and the published technical expertise, within the agreed timeframe through the execution schedule and contract. Details regarding the execution of the works necessary for the implementation of the investment objective are set out in the SF. Estimated value of 230,881,938.31 lei excluding VAT: - estimated value C+M 168,603,141.58 lei excluding VAT, of which 2,719,167.63 lei excluding VAT - Construction works and related installations for site organisation; - estimated value for equipment – 47,569,575.00 lei excluding VAT - estimated value for Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly – 9,070,532.60 lei excluding VAT - estimated value for design services – 3,971,788.20 lei excluding VAT; - estimated value for technical assistance services from the designer – 652,600.24 lei excluding VAT - Estimated value for Site Studies - 478,450.17 lei excluding VAT; - Estimated value for Other specific studies – 435,066.82 lei excluding VAT; - estimated value for technological tests, trials and handover to beneficiary – 100,783.70 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the sum relating to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, respectively 15,005,679.60 lei excluding VAT, specified in the project budget (general estimate), these can be accessed, as the case may be, depending on the needs, by modifying the contract under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, subsequent amendments and additions. The contract value does not include provisioned sums. NOTE: According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes 1 term - the deadline by which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/additional information from the tenderers as follows: The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
