Romania – Construction work for highways – Servicii de proiectare fazele PAC+PTE+AT si Executie lucrari pentru obiectivul: “DN 5B KM 3+200 – KM 39+500 GIURGIU – GHIMPATI, JUDETUL GIURGIU”.

The general objective of the investment is the rehabilitation of DN 5B from km 3+200 to km 39+500.

A. In accordance with Article 160, paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the Award Documents is: - the first deadline is 26 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

B. In accordance with Article 160, paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, the Contracting Authority sets two deadlines within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information: - the first deadline is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests addressed by the economic operators, for which the responses should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the responses to the respective clarifications at the second deadline set out in the Award Documents. The deadlines for responding to clarifications have been set so that economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the Award Documents and, subsequently, for preparing the tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority.

C. Any clarification request submitted after the date mentioned in point A will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE.

D. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
