Romania – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul „Eficientizare energetică în clădiri rezidențiale în Municipiul Lupeni, Bloc 55, Bulevardul Păcii”, Cod SMIS 348066

The procurement involves the award of a works contract, the subject of which consists of the energy efficiency improvement of a residential multi-family building (apartment block) located at 55, Bulevardul Păcii, Lupeni, based on non-repayable financing granted through the Regional West 2021-2027 Programme, Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly cities / Specific Objective: RSO2.1_Promotion of energy efficiency measures and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, Project Call PRV/233/PRV_P3/OP2/RSO2.1/PRV_A21 - PRV/3.1.A/1.6 Energy efficiency in residential buildings – UAT ITI Valea Jiului, based on the Financing Contract No. 453/22.05.2026. The works will be carried out with strict compliance with the specifications in the technical projects and the technical and economic documentation annexed to the Terms of Reference, the applicable standards, as well as the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principles established by the European Commission. Bidders will have the obligation to explicitly state how the works carried out are in line with the DNSH principles. The main benefits expected by the Contracting Authority relate to the energy renovation of 20 households, a 70% reduction in the annual primary energy consumption of the building, and a 72% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions as a result of the building's rehabilitation. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information through a "consolidated response" uploaded to the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTICES AND DECISIONS" section of the Participation Notice 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
