Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – „Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Gminy Murowana Goślina i 5. podmiotów wymienionych w SWZ, na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r."

The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electrical energy to the objects listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. The demand for electrical energy for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is: 1 239 763 kWh of the base contract. 2. The detailed scope of the contract has been defined in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law. The remaining conditions regarding the implementation of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the electricity supply contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The comprehensive supply of electrical energy will take place on the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law, the Act of 8 December 2017 on the power market and in accordance with the executive regulations issued for these acts, in particular with the quality of service standards for recipients specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 9 September 2023 amending the regulation on the manner of shaping and calculating tariffs and the manner of settlements in electrical energy trade, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system. The above provisions concern the manner of calculation, settlements and quality parameters of the supplied electrical energy. 3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor, described in the draft provisions of the contract, constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority will grant the Contractor, selected in the procedure, the power of attorney.
