Poland – Construction work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania „Lubań – kultura i sztuka w nowej odsłonie – przebudowa Miejskiego Domu Kultury i Amfiteatru Miejskiego”

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task "Lubań – culture and art in a new guise – reconstruction of the Municipal House of Culture and the Municipal Amphitheatre". 2. The scope of the works includes: 1) Municipal House of Culture (a monument listed in the Municipal Register of Monuments): a) expansion of the building with a technical room behind the stage to accommodate central ventilation units; b) external insulation of the external walls with large-grained perlite-based plaster and internal insulation with cork-based plaster; c) insulation of the roof and ceiling of the top floor with mineral wool and partial roof replacement; d) adaptation of the facility for use by disabled persons (does not apply to the balcony and some teaching rooms in the southern part of the building on the first floor); e) reconstruction of emergency exits from the auditorium; f) restoration of window openings in the northeast elevation; g) creation of a recording room on the balcony of the auditorium; h) renovation or replacement of floors with leveling of height differences; i) improvement of the acoustics of the auditorium; j) creation of a small cinema hall (for 20 people) on the ground floor in the existing building; k) installation of an external lift next to staircase 2; l) construction of a ramp for disabled persons at the main entrance to the building; m) replacement of door and window joinery with historically characteristic wooden joinery; n) renovation and partial replacement of the dome roof of the front building, replacement and reconstruction of internal installations: - sanitary, water, gas and electrical installations (including lighting replacement), internal hydrant installations with replacement, - installation for fire-fighting water supply, - installation of mechanical ventilation in the auditorium and small cinema hall along with ventilation of other rooms in the building, o) installation of external and internal monitoring of the building along with intercom installation; p) equipment for disabled persons; q) equipment to ensure the implementation of the cultural offer of the MDK. 2) Municipal Amphitheatre: reconstruction of the amphitheatre building along with the social backstage, stands and reconstruction of the surroundings along with the necessary technical infrastructure. The amphitheatre, along with other facilities, is located on plot no. 5, district 0005 Lubań a) Building No. 1 – social-technical: - Reconstruction of the existing technical building into a public sanitary node for amphitheatre spectators with a separate technical room for the operation of sound and stage lighting. b) Building No. 2 – social-technical: - Reconstruction of utility rooms into sanitary nodes, i.e., a toilet for disabled persons and a ladies' and gents' toilet which are the sanitary backstage for the planned dressing room on the backstage of the amphitheatre stage; - Replacement of the roof covering. c) Amphitheatre stage: - Reconstruction of the roof and stage of the amphitheatre with the designed dressing room. d) Auditorium: - Reconstruction and replacement of the auditorium and stairs with prefabricated concrete units to which impregnated wooden seats will be attached, approximately 1600 seats are planned; - Reconstruction of the stands with adaptation of places for disabled persons; - Designed ramp for disabled persons leading to designated places in the auditorium and entrance to the stage; - Replacement of the existing surface of approaches and passages with cobblestone paving. e) Equipment Equipment necessary to ensure the implementation of the cultural offer of the MDK. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the design documentation which is annex no. 11 to the SWZ.
