The MPG has a regular requirement for supply services of Cisco devices, accessories, analogue gateways and software/licences for the MPG's Cisco VoIP telephony-video system and Ascom DECT devices, gateways, base stations and management systems for connection to the Cisco VoIP telephony-video system. The subject of this procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of framework agreements with one (1) framework contract partner per lot, which will support the contracting authority, upon request from the framework agreement, in the selection of Cisco devices incl. maintenance and accessories as well as software/licences and Ascom DECT devices, display systems and will supply them with these. The contracting authority places particular emphasis on a variety of manufacturers in relation to lot 4, so that a commitment to the manufacturers offered must also be made with the submission of the offer. The scope of services is composed of the following service components: • Integration of framework contract products and services (catalogue integration) via the digital MPG marketplace, • Sale and delivery of Cisco end and videoconferencing devices, software/licences and Ascom DECT devices, licences and display systems including associated accessories (where the accessories can be ordered separately) according to the lots, • Provision of maintenance services (service services), • Provision of a hotline ("Hotline RV Partner"), • Reporting with reports on individual orders and the agreed assortment.
