Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Barwice w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for collecting municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Barwice and collecting waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in 2027 and transporting this waste to the Municipal Waste Management Plant (MBP) (manager: Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., Wardyń Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn - Zdrój), in accordance with:  Resolution No. VII/97/25 of the Sejmik of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship of 13 March 2025 on the Waste Management Plan for the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship for the years 2025-2030, taking into account the perspective for the years 2031-2036;  Resolution No. XLVII/264/2018 of the Municipal Council of Barwice of 26 September 2018 on entrusting the company Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wardyń Górny with the tasks of the Municipality in the field of municipal waste management and expressing consent to conclude an agreement by the Municipality of Barwice.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) collection of mixed municipal waste from residential property owners and transport to the Municipal Waste Management Plant (MBP) in Wardyń Górny, 2) collection of selectively collected and stored municipal waste from residential property owners and transport to the Municipal Waste Management Plant (MBP) in Wardyń Górny, with the following fractions (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions Dz.U. of 2021 item 906): a) paper, b) glass, c) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste, d) biowaste; 3) collection of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). The Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) is located in the town of Barwice at ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 44, where waste should be collected in accordance with the following fraction division; a) biodegradable waste, b) plastics, c) paper and cardboard, d) glass packaging, e) bulky waste, f) expired medicines, g) used tyres, h) used cartridges and toners, i) used electrical and electronic equipment, j) mixed construction waste, k) brick rubble, l) used batteries and accumulators, m) clothing and textiles, n) paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, glues and resins, o) insulating materials, p) detergents, q) waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, r) fluorescent lamps and light bulbs containing mercury, s) waste containing metal, t) plant protection products. Removal of full containers and bins - after notification by an employee of the Office of the necessity to empty a full bin or container. The Contractor will have 2 working days to collect a full bin or container from the moment the need is reported by an employee of the Municipal Office in Barwice. During the collection, the Contractor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order on the territory of the PSZOK and around it. 4) collection of furniture and other bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment and tyres not originating from agricultural activity once during the contract period and transport to the Municipal Waste Management Plant (MBP) in Wardyń Górny. The detailed collection schedule will be agreed between the Purchaser and the Contractor. Residents will be notified of the collection date by the Purchaser. The Purchaser assumes that one collection from the entire municipality will not take longer than one day (preferred day: Saturday). As part of the collection, the Contractor is obliged to load the waste onto the transport vehicle directly in front of the owners' properties or in designated places indicated by the Purchaser and to clean up the place after the waste has been taken away. 5) collection of expired medicines in containers placed in pharmacies and PSZOK and batteries collected in containers placed in public utility objects and PSZOK and transport to the Municipal Waste Management Plant (MBP) in Wardyń Górny. The Contractor provides the containers for the above collections.
