France – Chromatographs – Acquisition et maintenance d'une chromatographie liquide couplée à un spectromètre de masse en tandem (LCMSMS)

The contract concerns the supply, delivery and installation of a liquid chromatography coupled with a tandem mass spectrometer (LCMSMS) for the Departmental Laboratory for Analysis and Research of Haute-Vienne (LDAR87). The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The validity period of the tenders is set at 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Candidates must submit a proposal for the following optional additional services: 1-year warranty extension and 1-year maintenance contract. The absence of these services in the candidate's tender will render it non-compliant and will result in its rejection. Analytical performance tests are mandatory (see Article 2.3 of the CCTP).
