Subject of the public procurement: “Preparation of an assessment of the compliance of investment projects and exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the object: “Engineering – Design, implementation of construction and maintenance and exercise of author's supervision for the object “Road junction between road I-6 with ul. “Mladen Stoyanov” and ul. “Vladaisko Vastanie” The present public procurement is related to the implementation of engineering – design and construction of the object and represents a Consultancy service under Article 166, para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act /SDA/ and the related subordinate legal acts, as well as the performance of the obligations of the safety and health coordinator in accordance with Ordinance №2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when carrying out construction and installation works, namely: Assessment of the compliance of the prepared investment project, in accordance with Article 142 of the SDA; Carrying out construction supervision, in accordance with Article 168 of the SDA; Control of the quality of the delivered and incorporated into the construction building materials and products; Exercise of control of the quantitative and qualitative performance of the construction and installation works; Monitoring and documentation of all circumstances related to the construction. For the performance of its obligations, the contractor must submit to the Beneficiary interim progress reports; Reporting on its activities through interim and final reports; Performance of the obligations of the safety and health coordinator in accordance with Ordinance №2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when carrying out construction and installation works.
