Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Избор на изпълнител за упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на СМР на проект: „Реконструкция и ремонт на спортна инфраструктура“ в УПИ I, кв. 32 /поземлен имот с идентификатор 18229.501.291 по кадастрална карта/ по плана на с. Гълъбец, община Поморие“ по интервенция „II.Г.6 - Инвестиции в основни услуги и дребни по мащаби инфраструктура в селските райони”

The subject of the public contract is: Exercise of construction supervision during the performance of construction and installation works (C&I) on the project: "Reconstruction and repair of sports infrastructure" in UPI I, quarter 32 /land property with identifier 18229.501.291 on the cadastral map/ according to the plan of the village of Galabets, Pomorie Municipality. Category of the object: Category V, according to Article 10, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction – "open play areas". According to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the selected contractor must exercise construction supervision on the relevant parts during the performance of C&I works on the project: "Reconstruction and repair of sports infrastructure" in UPI I, quarter 32 /land property with identifier 18229.501.291 on the cadastral map/ according to the plan of the village of Galabets, Pomorie Municipality. Objectives of the contract: • High-quality execution of the planned works in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Performance of C&I works in accordance with the investment project and the legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria. Description of construction supervision activities: Exercise of construction supervision: the contractor is responsible for the activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated in Article 166 and Article 168 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), as well as those arising from Article 178 of the SPA, as well as other applicable provisions of the current legislation. Construction supervision is carried out within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of the SPA, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 31 July 2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction and the assessment of the conformity of construction products and all legal and subordinate normative acts in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
