Frederikssund Municipality is tendering a contract for the delivery, implementation and operation of a comprehensive IT system for handling municipal bookings, grants, association registers and leisure passes. Frederikssund Municipality has approximately 47,000 inhabitants and an active association life, which is supported through grant schemes and access to municipal facilities. The purpose of the tender is to procure a comprehensive digital solution for: •booking and administration of municipal facilities and venues, •establishment and maintenance of associations' master data as well as the association register, •administration and payment of grants and pools, •handling of leisure passes. The solution must effectively support Ordregiver's administrative processes and at the same time provide associations and citizens with easy and user-friendly access. Ordregiver aims for a single entry point for the primary users (Ordregiver's associations) for all communication regarding grants and facilities. The solution must be intuitive to use for all user groups, including elderly citizens.
