The subject of the procurement is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices for the Voivodeship Hospital in the name of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in the quantity and with the parameters specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ, along with full warranty service and training of the Contracting Authority's personnel, on the terms specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the procurement have been defined in the contract template constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
