Finland – Construction work – HERI2 Nuppulinna-Jokela RU2 ja Hyvinkää-Riihimäki esikuormitukset, osallistumispyyntövaihe

The contract includes all construction works, excluding the internal work of safety equipment, works not included in the contract as stated in the tender documents, and already completed structures, to be completed fully ready between Nuppulinna and Jokela. Additionally, the contract includes, among other things, preloading structures, counterweights, maintenance and private road arrangements, electrical base works and electrical works from Hyvinkää to Riihimäki. The contract includes, among other things: ground construction works, sub- and superstructure works, electrical works, high-voltage and lighting works, external safety equipment works, road and street construction works, art construction works, noise protection structures. A more detailed description is in the documents. This tender is linked to the funding decisions/implementation agreements of Tuusulan kunnan, Tuusulan Veden and Senaatti-kiinteistöjen. The conditional content from these is marked [in brackets and green] in the commercial documents. Funding for these works will be secured at the latest during the tendering phase, and information about this and the changes it causes to the procurement content will be provided to the bidders in a supplementary letter or at the latest before the contract is signed. The contract includes as an option works between Jokela-Hyvinkää (km 49+620 - 59+000) and Hyvinkää-Riihimäki (km 59+000 - 68+140) and other works related to the contract area such as, among other things, preloading structures, counterweights, excavation, continuation of drums, underpasses, roads, streets and maintenance roads and their changes, cable routes, embankments, electrical base works, cable and conductor relocations and protections, environmental protection measures and works not included in the contract on the western side of Jokela station. The option areas are presented in the contract boundary map annexes. As an option, other works related to the project and not included in the contract execution can also be carried out in the contract area or in its immediate vicinity. The purchaser decides on the use of the option/options during the contract period. The option can be ordered in one or more parts. The option/options will be implemented on a unit price basis according to the unit price list for additional and modification works priced by the contractor in the tendering phase and, if applicable unit prices are missing, at cost price. The purchaser requests a tender from the contractor for the implementation of the option/options. The purchaser orders the options with separate orders/contract amendments to the contract. The content of the option, the binding schedule for implementation and the conditions of the contract otherwise apply to the implementation of the option in the contract amendment/order.
