Finland – Construction work – Rakennusurakointitöiden puitehankinta vuosille 2027-2029

The units of the City of Naantali (Contracting Authority) invite tenders for the implementation of construction works during the contract period. The works subject to the procurement will be carried out either as separate mini-competitive tasks or as directly procured works in accordance with the contract terms. Construction contracts will also be tendered through site-specific construction competitions. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1 January 2027. In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to two option years (1+1). The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original terms. The Contracting Authority will decide on the use of options separately. The procurement will be carried out as a framework agreement. The content and quantity of the ordered works are not known in advance and the Contracting Authority does not commit to any procurement quantities during the contract period. Minor works may include building, painting, flooring, screeding, waterproofing, tiling and steel construction works. The works will be carried out in accordance with the general contract conditions of the construction industry YSE 1998.
