The implementation of the infrastructure expansion Erfurt - Nordhausen in PFA 2.0.2 (Hohenebra (a) - Greußen (e)) requires the acquisition, legal securing and temporary use of land in third-party ownership. The affected areas, their location and size, as well as the reasons for their temporary or permanent use, are shown in the land acquisition plans and the land acquisition register. The land acquisition register is structured by municipalities, cadastral areas and plots. Each of the affected plots is assigned a land acquisition number, which is shown in the land acquisition plan and land acquisition register. For the implementation of preparatory and construction works, support for land acquisition by a land service provider is required.
