The subject contract aims to engage one contractor to support NS in carrying out these occupational health and safety assessments and to provide expert, independent advice aimed at the sustainable employability and reintegration of employees. The contractor is a key link in creating clarity about the sustainably employable possibilities of the employee and in promoting the shortest route to suitable work.
