Public procurement with the subject: „Subscription maintenance service of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines of UMHBAL „St. Ivan Rilski“ EAD with three separate lots, which will be awarded separately, as follows: Separate Lot 1 „Maintenance service of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines“ with a value of 25 564 euro - awarded directly pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, as its value does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the procurement; Separate Lot 2 „Subscription maintenance service of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines“ - the current procedure; Separate Lot 3 „Subscription preventive filter change“ - reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, as the services are included in the list of goods and services under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act - will be awarded with another open procedure.
