This framework agreement includes procurements for collecting depth data in the Gulf of Finland, Archipelago Sea and Åland Islands areas using multibeam measurements (possibly also Bathy-LiDAR measurements). The procurements also include post-processing of the collected depth data. The collected and post-processed data must meet Traficom's quality requirements, which are based on the international IHO S-44 hydrographic standard. The depth measurement data from procurements under this framework agreement belong to the TLIII security class according to the area surveillance law and the definitions of the Chief of Defence. The implementation of tasks belonging to security class III 'confidential' requires a company security clearance certificate according to the security class of the task. The service provider is required to have a valid company security clearance, Facility Security Clearance (FSC), issued by the national security authority of their home country. In the case of a foreign operator, Finland must also have a valid security agreement (General Security Agreement) with the operator's home country. TLIII classified data may not be taken out of Finland without permission. The purchaser concludes a security agreement with the service provider. The survey areas designated for the vessel vary from archipelagic to open sea areas, with depths ranging from 2.5 m to approximately 200 m. The value of the procurement varies annually according to the appropriations available at the time. The framework agreement may also include years in which no orders are made at all based on the framework agreement.
