Netherlands – Maintenance services of public-lighting installations and traffic lights – Onderhoud en vervanging Openbare Verlichting ISNV

This tender guidance has been drawn up for the purpose of contracting a Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a contract for the maintenance and replacement of Public Lighting. Public Lighting is abbreviated as PL in this document. The Contracting Authority consists of 8 municipalities and they jointly tender this, but each will enter into an individual contract with the winning bidder. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a contract for four (4) years with an extension option of one (1) time two (2) years. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement over the full term including extension option(s) is 24,500,000,- excluding VAT. The contract value is based on the number of fixtures to be installed, the number of light poles to be replaced and the historical cost data for carrying out these actions and supplying the requested materials.
