“ЕЛЕКТРОРАЗПРЕДЕЛИТЕЛНИ МРЕЖИ ЗАПАД” EAD, as a sectoral contracting authority for public procurement purposes under Article 5(4)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activities under Article 123(2), in connection with Article 125(1)(1) of the PPA and § 2(60) of the Supplementary Provisions of the PPA, based on special or exclusive rights under § 2(47) of the PPA, opens and conducts an “open” procedure for the award of a public contract with the subject: “Delivery of three-phase load break switches for indoor installation”, ref. No. PPD 26-085. The subject of the contract is not divided into separate items. The contracting authority opens and conducts the present “open” procedure on the basis of Article 132, in connection with Article 18(1)(1), Article 19(2) and Article 20(1)(3), point “b” of the PPA. The subject of the public procurement is “supply of goods, carried out through purchase” in the sense of Article 3(1)(2) of the PPA and has as its subject the conclusion of a contract with an executor for the delivery and purchase of three-phase load break switches for indoor installation, in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the notice and the participation documentation. The delivery of three-phase load break switches for indoor installation, by type and forecast quantities, is as follows:

Participants must offer all items included in the subject of the contract. Conditions and place of delivery: The places of delivery of the goods under the contract are the warehouses of the contracting authority, located in the following populated places in the country: Sofia, Vratsa, Levski and Dupnitsa, as indicated by it in the relevant delivery order. The goods under the subject of the contract will be transported (delivered) by the executor, at its own expense, under its own responsibility and with its own technical means (resources).
