The present submission includes all necessary works and deliveries for the creation, adaptation, and supplementation of ventilation systems as part of the expansion and renovation of the Alterszentrum Breitenbach. The advertised services are to be carried out completely and professionally according to the plans, diagrams, bills of quantities, technical specifications, and the applicable standards and regulations. The scope of services includes all deliveries, installations, connections, fixings, ancillary works, adjustments, tests, and commissioning required for an operational and functional system, to the extent that these can be assigned to the trade BKP 244. Existing systems and installations are to be checked on site before work begins. Connections, cable routes, penetrations, and interfaces with other trades are to be coordinated in good time with the construction management and the specialist planners and contractors involved. Particular attention must be paid to the phased construction schedule and the ongoing operation of the Alterszentrum. Existing and still required systems may only be taken out of service or interrupted after prior consultation and approval. All necessary costs for a complete, professional, and operational execution are to be taken into account in the tender.
