The purchasing unit requests applications to participate in the procurement of a system to support the production of special healthcare services for the Varsinais-Suomen wellbeing services county. The subject of the procurement is a high-performance care system, compliant with Finnish legislation, which will be used by the Varsinais-Suomen wellbeing services county and is able to meet the demands of the scope of operations of the Varsinais-Suomen wellbeing services county. The system to be procured must be an off-the-shelf solution, not a development project. The purchasing unit in this procurement, 2M-IT Oy ("2M-IT" and/or "purchasing unit"), provides services to its owner-customer, the Varsinais-Suomen wellbeing services county ("Customer"), as an in-house company. The content and objectives of the procurement are described in more detail in the appendices to this invitation to tender. The duration of the procurement contract will be specified during the negotiation process until the final tender request. The estimate of the duration of the procurement contract given in this invitation to tender is indicative and may be, for example, significantly shorter.
