The products sought in this procurement consist of an Integrated Fuel Cell (FC) System Testbed (FCS Testbed) for research, development and experimental validation of PEM FC stacks and systems, including auxiliary subsystems (Balance of Plant – BoP). The system must be delivered as a complete and integrated solution, including all subsystems necessary for safe operation, control and monitoring. The integrated FC testbed (FCS Testbed) will be configured as an assembly of interconnected and fully integrated subsystems, designed and sized to allow continuous testing of PEM FC systems with a nominal power of at least 100 kW.

Clarification Requests Schedule

In accordance with Article 160 and Article 161 of Law 98/2016, economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, within the deadline set by the contracting authority in the participation notice. Number of days by which economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to any clarification request, clearly, completely and unambiguously, 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
