Supply Contract for Laboratory Equipment, in accordance with the terms of reference and the attached quantity lists. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/ additional information by the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160-161 of Law 98/2016 and art. 8 of HG 419, this deadline including the period provided for the verification of ANAP responses. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/ applications: 18 days.
