Germany – Architectural and related services – Konzeptvergabe mit architektonisch-freiraumplanerischem Wettbewerb zur Veräußerung des städtischen Grundstücks 'Alte Ländcheshalle' in Hofheim-Wallau

The Magistrate intends to sell the municipal property at Rheingauer Weg 21, located in the Wallau district, with an area of approximately 8,112 m², on which the no longer used multi-purpose hall Ländcheshalle (old) is situated, with the aim of residential development. Within the framework of a public participation process, urban planning, open space planning, ecological, energy and transport requirements have been developed, which are to be taken into account in the site development. In order to meet the qualitative requirements associated with this, the Magistrate of the Kreisstadt Hofheim am Taunus intends to award the municipal property based on the quality of the concept. In this context, an architectural and open space planning competition will be held in accordance with the Guidelines for Planning Competitions 2013 (RPW 2013). The competition will be conducted as a restricted competition in accordance with § 3 RPW 2013.
