Description

The branch of the Klaus-Groth-Schule in the district of Schobüll (shortly Bornschool, after the original naming) is used as a single-track primary school. The building was constructed in 1962 and planned by the Husum architect H.J. Feddersen for the then still independent municipality of Schobüll. In 1992, the changing house (B. Nehls from Schobüll) was planned. In 2006, the previously valid fire protection concept was created and subsequently an external staircase made of steel was attached (Architectural Office Reichardt & Bahnsen, Husum). Now, renovation measures for the "Open All-Day School" (OGTS) are necessary, as from August 2026 and thus from the school year 2026/27 in the state of Schleswig-Holstein all children of the first grade in primary schools will have a right to full-day education and care. In the following years, the entitlement will be gradually extended to grades 2 to 4, so that from the school year 2029/30 all children of grades 1 to 4 will have a legal entitlement. In order to provide the places in the branch of the Klaus-Groth-Schule in Schobüll, construction measures on the existing building are necessary. Further details on the scope of services can be found in the project description within the tender documents.
