Bulgaria – Construction materials and associated items – „Доставка на строителни материали за дейността на ОП „Чистота“, гр. Кюстендил, обособени в позиции“

The subject of the present public procurement is the periodic supply of construction materials for the needs of OP "Chistota", Kjustendil. The volume of deliveries under the contract is determined by a written request, in accordance with the needs of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, without limitations on the number of requests over time. Each request is made by authorized representatives of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and sent to the CONTRACTOR's email (by email or through an electronic system). Acceptance and delivery of the delivery under the specific order is carried out by type and quantity with an acceptance and delivery protocol signed by both parties in two copies. The delivery date is considered to be the date of signing of the acceptance and delivery protocol by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are forecast and the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY is not bound by their full absorption. The full information regarding the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement is described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
