Côte d’Ivoire – Supporting services for the government – Assistance technique au programme « CAJOU+ – Compétitivité et durabilité de la filière anacarde en Côte d’Ivoire »

The «CAJOU ± Competitiveness and sustainability of the cashew nut sector in Côte d’Ivoire» programme aims to mobilise public and private investments to strengthen the competitiveness, sustainability and inclusiveness of the sector. It is co-financed by: • European Investment Bank (EIB) loan. • Contribution from the European Union under the IVCDCI — PAA 2026. • Contribution from the Ivorian State through the Coton, Cashew and Shea Nut Council (CCAK). The contractor will be responsible for supporting the CCAK and the EU Delegation in Côte d’Ivoire in the implementation and monitoring of national strategies and action plans under the EIB financing. The services in question will be better provided by the service provider for the following reasons (non-exhaustive, possibly cumulative): • The high level of specialisation required is not available in-house; • The need for flexibility and availability to meet evolving and increasing needs. The use of external consulting services is necessary to meet the objectives and operational needs of the action and, in particular, i) to assist the CCAK in the challenges of adapting to and monitoring the rapid development of the sector; ii) to monitor the implementation of national strategies and action plans under the EIB financing; iii) to enhance the knowledge of all stakeholders in the sector to improve the relevance, effectiveness and inclusiveness of the implementation policies and strategies.
