Associated Danish Ports A/S (ADP), which owns Nyborg Harbour, wishes to expand the capacity of the Lindholm Harbour area in Nyborg, and the capacity increase is to be achieved by expanding the existing harbour area by reclaiming new land from the sea. For the entire future harbour area, an update of the planning provisions is desired so that these can correspond to the future conditions expected for the area, including, for example, a change in the commercial classification of a sub-area and the removal of the planned railway track. Therefore, ADP wishes to enter into a consultancy agreement with a consultant who can assist ADP in bringing the project through the authorities' process with the preparation of a local plan, environmental report and environmental impact assessment, as well as with local planning and environmental assessment.
