Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów pochodzących z terenu Miasta i Gminy Kórnik w latach 2027–2029

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive waste management service from the area of the City and Municipality of Kórnik, the types and estimated quantities of which are indicated in Section III.3 of the Subject of the Contract Description ("OPZ"), and the contract implementation period is specified in Section III.2 of the OPZ. The comprehensive waste management service will involve: 1) accepting waste collected “at the source,” the types of which are indicated in Section III.3.1) of the OPZ, at the designated and provided by the Contractor waste acceptance location from the waste collection operator, in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents; 2) accepting waste, the types of which are indicated in Section III.3.2) of the OPZ, collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point, located in the municipality of Kórnik in Czołowo ("PSZOK") at the designated and provided by the Contractor waste acceptance location from the operator providing waste transport services from PSZOK, in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents; 3) accepting waste, the types of which are indicated in Section III.3.3) of the OPZ, collected as part of occasional collections, in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents; 4) processing the accepted waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the designated and provided by the Contractor waste management location, in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents. The Purchaser requires that all waste fractions be processed in the facilities designated and provided by the Contractor, although these do not have to be the facilities where the waste was accepted from the Purchaser – therefore, all waste fractions should be processed in the facilities indicated in § 1.3 of the Agreement and in points 7 and 8 of the tender form. The Contractor is authorized to manage waste in the facilities of third parties and to collect and store waste in accordance with the terms of the contract, including during the contract implementation period; 5) fulfilling reporting-information obligations; 6) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Purchaser the possibility to exercise control-verification rights; 7) fulfilling services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points 1) – 5).
