RTE is seeking a homogeneous solution for all of these sites in the application of the Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy (AGEC) law. This concerns the sorting and valorisation of the 8ᵉ flux, namely professional textile waste and in particular work clothes from operational activities. This obligation aims to improve the material valorisation of textiles and to reduce the landfilling of waste. In this context, RTE wishes to deploy an operational solution allowing the collection and valorisation of these textiles. The present consultation aims to establish a supply contract for suitable containers, collection, sorting, valorisation and traceability of RTE's used professional textiles. The objective is to ensure RTE's regulatory compliance for the 8ᵉ flux, while ensuring optimized, reliable and sustainable management of end-of-life professional textiles.
