Finland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Aterioiden kuljetuspalvelut 2027 / Porin Palveluliikelaitos

The City of Pori's internal trading agency (Porin Palveluliikelaitos) invites tenders for catering transport as follows:

Section 1: Catering transport from Cygnaeuksen ruokapalvelukeskus to the catering kitchens defined in this tender notice for the period 1.1.2027-31.12.2027 + possible one (1) option year. Porin Palveluliikelaitos will decide separately on the use of the possible option.

Section 2: Catering transport from Noormarkun yhtenäiskoulu kitchen to the catering kitchens defined in this tender notice for the period 1.1.2027-31.12.2027 + possible one (1) option year. Porin Palveluliikelaitos will decide separately on the use of the possible option.

Catering transport from Cygnaeuksen ruokapalvelukeskus central kitchen and Noormarkun yhtenäiskoulu kitchen to the catering kitchens of the defined schools and daycare centres. The meals are primarily transported in the mornings during the schools' and daycare centres' opening hours. For some of the destinations, the meal transport trolleys/boxes delivered the previous day are taken back to the sending unit in connection with the delivery. For some of the destinations, the meal transport trolleys/boxes are picked up separately in the afternoon. Other foodstuffs, such as bakery products, may also be transported with the meals. The tender notice is divided into 2 sections, and a tender can be submitted for both or only one of the sections. There are 6 different routes for meal transport from Cygnaeuksen ruokapalvelukeskus. There are 2 routes from Noormarkun yhtenäiskoulu (during holiday periods, routes may be combined because some destinations are closed).

For Cygnaeuksen ruokapalvelukeskus, the tender notice includes the pick-ups and deliveries for routes 1-6 according to the tender notice. The route attachment defines the delivery schedules and routes. For Noormarkun yhtenäiskoulu kitchen, the tender notice includes the pick-ups and deliveries for routes 1-2 according to the tender notice. The route attachment defines the delivery schedules and routes.

Attachment 3: Separate description of operations.

The tenderer must ensure that they meet the suitability requirements and that they are not subject to the mandatory exclusion ground according to the Act on Public Procurement, Section 80.
